About

Advisory grounded in operating experience.

Sam Park is a digital growth and AI search strategist based in Brisbane, Australia. The advice comes from a decade of running the work — not observing it.

01Background

A decade operating an independent digital practice — accountable each month for the commercial results it produced.

Sam built and led that practice from Brisbane, advising more than 1,000 brands over ten years — from ambitious mid-market businesses to Suncorp, REA Group, Laser Clinics Australia, Mortgage Choice, Battery World and the Australian Government. Not audits from the sidelines: live accounts, monthly reporting, and strategies judged on the revenue they produced.

That operating history is the point of difference. Advice on media spend carries more weight from someone who has managed the spend. Advice on measurement carries more weight from someone who has rebuilt tracking server-side and watched the same budget behave differently once the algorithm learned from the right signal. The advisory reflects what the platforms actually do — not what their sales material says.

The numbers behind it are operating numbers: $15M+ in client revenue driven at a 12x average return on ad spend, including engagements sustaining 25x blended ROAS across $3M+ of tracked revenue.

The practice is independent. Sam holds no reseller arrangements and takes no media commissions — the advice is paid for by the organisation receiving it, and by no one else. Where an engagement questions agency performance, that independence is the point.

The past few years have pulled the work towards a single question: what happens to a business built on search visibility when search stops sending traffic. Answering it properly — measurement first, then entity and content strategy — is now the core of the AI search practice.

Sam is Google and Meta accredited. He is based in Brisbane and works with organisations nationally.

02Advisory focus

Three questions executive teams keep asking.

i

Marketing investment

Where spend should go, at what level, and with what expected return — budget setting, spend reviews and growth strategy for boards and executive teams weighing next year’s marketing investment.

ii

Measurement & verification

Whether the reported numbers hold up. Attribution assessment, tracking architecture and independent verification frameworks that give CEOs and CFOs an honest read on marketing performance — independent of the agency reporting it.

iii

AI-era search visibility

How an organisation remains visible as search shifts from ranked links to AI-generated answers — entity, content and authority strategy across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot.

03Sectors

Deepest where marketing is hardest to get right.

i

Banking & Finance

Wealth management, financial advisory and broking firms — regulated-industry marketing that performs without compliance risk, built on a decade in financial services categories.

ii

Mortgage Broking

The deepest practice area — engagements across 11+ Mortgage Choice franchises nationally, plus independent brokerages. Broker-channel and local-area marketing at network scale.

iii

Professional Services

Legal and accounting practices — reputation-led categories where trust, authority and search visibility decide which firm gets the call.

iv

eCommerce & Retail

Considered-purchase and lifestyle brands across home, fitness, pet and parenting categories — full-funnel paid and organic strategy tied to tracked revenue.

v

Trades & Home Services

Plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, joinery, earthmoving and plant hire operators — high-intent lead generation where cost per acquired job is the only metric that matters.

04Engagements

Four ways to engage.

Most engagements begin with a conversation and a defined first piece of work — a spend review, a visibility audit — before anything ongoing is agreed. Four formats cover nearly everything.
