What is collected

This site collects personal information only when you submit it: your name, email address, company and message through the enquiry form, or your name, work email and company when requesting a whitepaper. The whitepaper form includes an optional, unticked checkbox for occasional notes on marketing effectiveness. Its state is recorded with your request.

The tools

Two of the calculators under /tools/ run entirely in your browser: the Attribution Gap Calculator and the Marketing Governance Scorecard. The figures and answers you enter are never transmitted or stored. The AI Search Readiness Check works differently, because it has to. It sends the page address you enter to our server so that page can be fetched and assessed, and the result is cached for about an hour so a repeat check does not refetch it. Nothing is logged against you. In every case, if you request a tool's emailed report, the contact details on that form are sent for that delivery, along with the same optional, unticked notes checkbox as the whitepaper form. Where a tool offers it and you explicitly tick the box, one calculated result is included so the report can address your result: a percentage, a score or a grade. The underlying figures, the answers you gave and the address you checked are never included in that report.

How it is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to you. Whitepaper details are used to send the document you requested. That consent covers that send and nothing further, unless you ticked the optional notes checkbox. Information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Services involved

Form submissions are delivered by SMTP2Go (email delivery) and processed on Cloudflare infrastructure. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage; no form contents are sent to analytics.
